　　一、谈班级基本情况：

　　（一）、学生情况：本班现有学生73人，其中男生52人，女生21人。班上的学生大部分都很听话，很认真学习，但对于部分基础较好的学生有一些不良的习惯、如上课说话、做小动作、不听老师教诲，但是我个人认为我有这个信心、这个耐心和家长老师们一起慢慢让他们改掉，让学生健康成长，总之学生情况应该引起家长的重视，家长对学生有很大的帮助。

　　作为班主任，我的工作思想是：一切以提高学生素质出发，不求荣誉，只求学生的提高。能够让学生锻炼的，尽量让学生锻炼。在学习主面，我不以成绩论英雄，着眼学生自身的比较，只是孩子今天比昨天表现好些，就鼓励，及时表扬。下面我就将我班学生在校表现，据我这两个学期的了解，对家长做具体的汇报，以便我们在思想上能求得共识。

　　我将班级孩子大体分为四类：

　　第一类：品学兼优的孩子，这些孩子学习品质很好，有很好的自制力，能主动学习，比如：汪语，石津滋，王奕慧，胡蝶，卢富康，郝向勇，王瑞，孙顺等，但是从他们的管理能力上面看，还有点不足，希望我们的家长可以多多鼓励他们去参加一些班干部的竟选，鼓励他们大胆一点，以及在生活当中也要有意识的培养一下他们这方面的一些能力。

　　第二类学生，能力很强的孩子，这些孩子很会管理班上的一些事情，管别的一些同学。但是往往不能自己严格要求自己，成绩也一直提不上去，这点我也是看在眼里，我希望我们的家长在家里的时候可以多给她做一些工作，和她多多沟通，让她知道她也还只是个学生，还是要以学业为重，能力固然重要，但也不能够把学习给落下，当然，我也会在学校里面多多提醒她们，和她们沟通。把他们的学习提上去。

　　第三类学生，是老师最心疼的孩子，这些孩子一直努力学习，渴望有一份理想的成绩，他们很懂事，但成绩始终不理想，以致自己信心都大打折扣，平时有不懂的又不敢提出来，面对这些学生，老师都要倾注更大的热情和耐心的辅导，生怕伤到他们敏感的自尊，我能理解家长面对孩子成绩不理想的心情，但我想说，这些孩子尽力了，他们不需要责备，他们更多的需要鼓励，需要你的关心和支持。第四类学生是我平时关注最多的孩子，他们活泼好动，充满活力，也因此常常违反纪律，表现在上课做小动作，在课堂上说小话，影响其他同学听课，他们成绩普遍不是很好。面对这些孩子我有义不容辞的教育责任，但有时我真的感到力不从心，我需要家长的配合，引导孩子走正确的、路不仅是我的心愿，更是家长的心愿，只有我们携起手来，才能更好的教育我们的孩子，你们不能对我说：‘老师，这孩子我管不了呀！全靠你了！“你也不要说：老师，我忙，我没有时间！”我希望家长能够理解我急切的心情，能在会后和我多多沟通，让我们一起为孩子搭建一个美好的明天！

　　（二）、教师情况：语文教学和班主任由我担任，数学教学由陈老师担任，英语教学由任老师担任，任课老师都很认真负责，平时也常一起交流，对出现的问题及时想办法合作解决。

　　（三）、本班开学初存在的问题

　　学生自信心不足，班级不够团结，尤其是对新转入的同学有排斥心理，纪律卫生观念淡薄，班级荣誉感不强，开始有自己的主见，对老师的话有质疑严重者有点钻牛角尖。学习方法不科学，有个别学生作业敷衍了事或不交，甚至出现家里原因旷课不来上学的现象。

　　针对以上问题，通过集体的讨论，我在班里制定了一系列制度，如班级奋斗目标，班风建设目标，班级警语（人人有事做，事事有人做），班级奖惩制度，如；光荣榜，小组加分制度。本学期对班级进行小组合作制度，四到6人为一组，小组长负责监督组内成员，不同小组之间进行竞赛、比较。

　　二、谈习惯。

　　我想先从学生个人的学习习惯谈起。三年级与一年级相比真的大不一样，绝大多数学生都有着良好的学习习惯，能够及时保质保量地完成老师布置的任务，早自修井然有序，不少值周老师都有向我反映不错，这也让我很欣慰。上课准备工作，课堂纪律都很自觉，就是发言不够积极，总是那么几个人。这里我想提一个不良的现象。有几个同学，他们在课外的表现不尽人意，作业字迹潦草，有的甚至干脆不做，时常会惹周围的同学，他们身上的矛盾时时发生。老师时常找这些同学谈话，谈话过后的两三天学生的情况稍有好转，但不到一个星期的时间又死灰复燃，如此周而复始，学生已对老师的话感到厌烦，而教师也在寻找着另一种更为有效的途径。于是，老师寻求了家长的帮助，让家长也参与到孩子的作业中来，让家长平时检查孩子的作业，但有些家长却认为这是老师在向其推卸责任，故对老师要求检查并签名的任务置之不理，这让学生在第二天的作业很难和其他同学一齐交上来，只能撒谎或者模仿父母的笔迹，又养成了学生爱撒谎的坏习惯。习惯养成之后是很难改正的，这些学生不仅没能将自身的坏习惯改掉，而且变本加厉，变得很难让人应付。这又是谁的过错呢？

　　我们再谈谈学生的行为习惯。孩子的心灵是纯洁的，它洁白的.如一张纸，任何的污点在这张纸上看上去都是那么的不协调。大部分的学生在校园内都能主动遵守校纪校规，能够有较强的集体荣誉感，主动为班集体出力。例如：每周的值日生在值周组长的带领下都能认真抓好班级的卫生工作，学校里为培养学生良好的习惯开展了一系列的活动，如：学校里开展了评选三项竞赛评比，连续两个月都拿到了示范班，每个月全校只有三个班，这是大家合作，努力的功劳。但是也有一些事让人头痛不已，有个别学生无论如何跟他讲道理，总是把老师的话当成耳边风，推一下同学，敲一下同学这种行为时有发生，上个月就出现让我头痛至今的事，类似的吵闹引起的事故其实在学校里也存在，我只想在这里跟各位家长说，孩子这个年龄段说懂事却不怎么懂事，说不懂事却好象又很明白道理。所以我想我们应该家校合作，不厌其烦地教育他们，并注意自己的言行。俗话说得好“身教重于言教”，让我们用自己的一言一行来教育孩子，让孩子从小就做个善良的人，做个乐于助人的人。

　　三、谈教学

　　进入中年级，孩子们一下子增加了几门功课，感觉很吃力。怎样才能让大家活得不累，怎样让孩子学得轻松，是家长和老师的共同心愿。而且这也必须是双方共同努力才能达到的目标，因此也要请家长同志对学校和老师的工作多加支持。下面我讲一讲三年级这个有低段向高段过度的中段时期。各位家长，不知道你们是否了解三年级是一个爬坡的年级，为什么是爬坡的年级各位家长可能并不十分清楚。在小学阶段，好多老师最不愿接教的不是一年级就是三年级。这是因为一年级的学生刚入学，什么都不懂，一切都要从头开始。既要教给他知识，又要培养他良好的行为习惯和学习习惯。而三年级的学生则由低年级刚进入到中年级。这一年同学们要掌握的知识就像泛滥的洪水一样蜂涌而至，各位家长只要留心看一下孩子们的试卷就会发现：三年级的试卷上除保留了一二年级的字词之外，多音字、近义词、反义词、四字词、成语、古诗、名人名言、谒后语、给句子改变词序但不改变句子的意思、改写把字句、被字句、阅读理解、习作等都在等待着学生们来猎取。而这时孩子们的发育却处在缓慢阶段，这也就是为什么三年级的学生成绩普遍偏低的主要原因。再加上老师的更换交替，有的家长就开始抱怨自己的孩子没有摊上一个好老师，是不是这个考试不会教，造成了孩子学习成绩的下降。其实这是对老师的一种误解。相信经过我刚才的解释，大家已经对三年级有了新的认识。不仅是农村学校，城里的学校情况也是这样子，但是这里还要强调一点，如果成绩下降很厉害那就危险了。

　　非常荣幸地与大家交流探讨如何构建高效课堂，我的点滴体会为“运用简笔画教学，提高英语课堂效益”，如有不当之处，请不吝赐教：

　　参加工作十多年来，一直在农村中学任教（20xx年9月，考录为汶上县第二实验中学教师）。前些年，由于各种原因，农村中学硬件设施（主要是多媒体）匮乏，班额较大（最多时达104人/班），课堂教学费时低效。出于个人爱好，我在课堂上使用简笔画教授新单词（主要是名词和动词），学生非常新奇，注意力非常集中，课堂气氛比较愉快，师生关系融洽，课下检测单词，学生思维活跃，印象深刻，识记效率较高。而后，在集体备课集思广益和教研员刘淑霞老师悉心指导的基础上，我们把简笔画教学贯穿到英语教学的全过程中（导课、教新词、教句型、教语法、教对话和课文等）。

　　英语课不是美术课，英语课堂简笔画要体现它的本质——简而快，配有的言词言简意赅，切勿把大量的时间专注于绘画。为此，我校教师把简笔画（simplestrokedrawing）叫做linedrawing或stickormatchpictures.至于简笔画素材，我们英语教师通过搜集、上网查询、购买图书等方式，把每单元的简笔画分类整理入档，达到资源共享永享，从而提高了全体教师的专业水平和教学效益

　　对于简笔画的特点及功能的相关套话，（简笔画是进行直观教学的辅助手段，以其直观、概括、简洁和充满表现力、感染力的特点，融知识性、趣味性、综合性于一体……激发学生学习兴趣，给学生提供了听、说、读、写、练的机会……简笔画教学，边讲边画，虚实并举，视听结合，省时、省力、省料，随时修改，克服了多媒体课件制作时间长、新创意在课堂上难修改及课堂节奏快学生无整体概念等弊端……）不再一一赘述，我只谈谈我校教师在课堂中简笔画的实效运用，以便抛砖引玉。

　　一、运用简笔画教词汇。

　　简笔画可用来解释词的本义，避免用母语教外语单词的弊病，通过简笔画进行直观演示、讲解、释义词汇，培养了学生的观察力和想象力，但对于词汇的识记和运用，除了配以图片简笔画外，我们英语组还采取了以下方法：

　　（1）单词现原形（主要是名词），结合其形状或体态，灵活艺术书写部分字母。

　　如giraffeoctopuselephantbroom等

　　（2）单词组群，即相关或相反的单词用简笔画组合。

　　如反义词组heavylight，频度副词alwaysusuallyoftensometimesseldomnever的用法差异，用简笔画可使学生一目了然，心领意会。

　　(3)创设词族情境。

　　如方位介词家族on、in、between、over、above、belowinfrontof、inthefrontof、inthemiddleof…

　　这样一来，生疏单词的识记便富有趣味性和艺术性，不但给学生强烈的感官刺激，同时也是情绪刺激，这种更高形式的刺激不需要反复强化和操作，便能长期不忘、长期有效，这就是大大促进了英语教学的速效，高效和长效。

　　二、运用简笔画教句型

　　简笔画既可用来教单词，又可用来教句型。

　　例如七年级新生学习this、that时画出一大一小、一远一近两个事物，练习thisisa/an…thatisa/an…再如：教英语中不易区分和掌握的句型“hehasgoneto…和hehasbeento…恰到好处的用两个简笔画表示,直接看出使用区别,显而易见的理解它们的意义。这样，一些教起来抽象乏味、听起来枯燥难懂的教学内容变得具体化，形态化，直观化和趣味化。

　　三、运用简笔画教语法

　　光阴似箭,可爱的孩子们已经迈进小学两个月的日子了。在这两个月的日子里，我们班的孩子不管在生活上还是在学习上都有着很大的变化。在这里我要给各位家长朋友送上三句话，恭喜你们了，辛苦你们了还有谢谢你们了。恭喜你们孩子所取得的进步，孩子的进步和你们的付出是成正比的，所以辛苦你们了，最后谢谢你们，感谢你们这两个月来对我教学工作的默默支持。

　　今天我的讲话分为以下几个部分。

　　第一、本学期一年级英语教学的的课程标准和教学内容。

　　一年级英语为我校的校本课程，是以培养孩子们的听说能力为主，但最首要的目标是激发和培养孩子们学英语的兴趣;其次是培养孩子们良好的英语学习习惯，即认真倾听、乐于模仿、敢于开口、积极参与、主动请教、与人合作、每日听读、复习等习惯;再次是初步运用所学知识做简单的事，即“能听懂、会说、会读、唱、演”，体验成功的快乐。我校一年级使用的是《新标准英语》(供一年级起始用)第一册。一年级上期完成module 1—module 5的教学。一年级下期完成module 6—review module的教学。

　　第二、孩子们目前学习现状。

　　从这两个月孩子的学习情况来看，他们在听、说、表演方面表现比较突出。孩子们喜爱英语，喜欢英语课，喜欢说英语，喜欢表演英语，每次见到我是都会热情地用英语给我打招呼，在任何场合碰到我都会打着手势问我说“how are you !”……让我真正找到了作为英语教师的幸福感。但目前阶段孩子们英语学习的困难在于认读，认读重点单词，认读课文。举两个例子来说：第一个就拿我们一二模块测验来说，本次测验目的在于检查孩子们的认读能力，培养孩子们考试时仔细、静心、倾听的好习惯。从考试的`结果来看，有些孩子认读没有真正过关。再举数字学习的例子，全班孩子都会按照数字顺序说出英文表达方式，但如果我们将数字打乱并且不给汉语意思，部分孩子便不能正确地认读单词了。针对认读是孩子目前学习的难点这个问题，我建议家长们可以试着将重点单词、重点句型写在另外的纸上，或者可以做成单词卡片的形式，让孩子经常认读。

　　第三、为了有助于家长们更好的指导孩子学习，特提以下几点建议：

　　1、光盘、点读机、磁带的正确使用。光盘、点读机本来是非常好的学习用具，但部分孩子将光盘、点读机当了成玩具，没用真正将其利用起来。光盘、点读机的用途在于复习，预习和模仿语音语调。请家长们注意，孩子在使用时一定要眼看单词，切莫读望天书和机械跟读。

　　2、作业。一定要坚持每天读书15分钟。读书是一定注意姿势。正确的读书姿势是手指单词眼看单词，不要读望天书或是乱指。在孩子认真完成作业之后请家长签字。

　　3、大量的语言输入。英语非母语，它是我们的第二语言。而语言的学习离不开环境。而我们孩子拥有这种环境的机会太少了，希望家长们尽量为孩子创设更多的英语学习环境。

　　可以采取的方式：

　　1、多听英语光盘磁带。

　　2、多听英文儿歌。

　　3、观看一些英文版原版电影。

　　4、经常和孩子用英语对话。

　　5、经常和孩子做英语游戏。

　　第四、评价手段

　　我们的教学评价是以激发孩子们学习兴趣和调动积极性为目的，分为形成性评价和终结性评价两种。形成性评价主要评价孩子们在平时是否有兴趣听英语、说英语、唱歌谣、做游戏等;是否认真倾听、乐于模仿、敢于开口、积极参与、主动请教、与人合作;是否积极运用所学英语知识进行表达和交流为依据，以老师、同伴、家长的综合评价为准。终结性评价主要以期末测试来评价，期末则以口语测试(包括师生对话、看图说话、朗读课文、生生表演说唱童谣、歌曲、课本剧等)和笔试(形式和本次测验大致相同)相结合的方式为主。

　　起始阶段的英语学习只要求孩子能听能说。由于孩子年领较小，在起始阶段时会有一个沉默期，进一步的听和说都需要一个过程。所以，对孩子在学习过程中出现的问题不要过分急于纠正，不要强迫学生背单词、背句子。对一时开不了口的孩子要从多听录音入手，在听录音的同时鼓励孩子模仿。
