二、产生问题的原因分析。
1、在钻研知识、提高能力上有惰性，还缺乏“挤”和“钻”的耐劳精神，缺乏刻苦学习的恒心，，把钻研业务当作成了一种负担。
2、没有从整个项目和单位的整体利益出发，不愿对项目部人员进行批评，怕影响同事关系、怕得罪人、顾虑太多。
3、认为自己管理工程和项目部已经很累，从心理上不愿意去想如何和部分甲方领导打交道，按部就班，按照常规的沟通出牌。
4、认为单位每周都进行学习培训，现场监理应该掌握培训的知识，没有意识到现场监理的学习精神有高有低，不是所有的人员都在认真学习。
三、今后努力方向。
我决心通过这次批评与自我批评，找准问题，抓住问题的根源，认清今后努力的方向，要在今后的'工作、生活中努力克服自己存在的不足，审视自己、规范自己、严格要求自己。
