具体参展办法如下:
一、参展宣传的产品必须通过有关部门鉴定合格，批准生产，展品的运输(包括市内搬运)和安装，均有展示单位负责。
二、参展形式与费用：
1、首要赞助单位：专题晚宴或午宴+其它，享受权利：5分钟会议现场介绍+优先选择标准展位（1.5m×0.5m ）4个+会议代发宣传材料。
2、主要赞助单位：金额3万元，享受权利：标准展位2-3个+会议代发宣传材料。
3、一般赞助单位：金额1.0万元，会议可为参展单位提供1个标准展位+代发宣传材料。
4、如有特殊需要可另行商议。所有参展单位均可免费获得大会论文集一套。
5、参展单位可有1-2名享受会议代表同等待遇,需交纳会务费600元/位。
三、会务组可为参展人员安排食宿，费用自理。展示会不负责产品销售，如有销售事宜请与用户直接洽谈。
四、时间：11月16日12点前报到，下午布展；17日全天会议，下午18点撤离。

为了进一步推动河南城乡互助（csa）事业的发展，2011年12月7日上午11：30,开封市市长助理，中国农业大学副教授何慧丽女士邀请来自日本、菲律宾、香港、巴西、墨西哥等国际友人，与河南从事csa事业发展的组织成员、学者、文明消费者、媒体朋友等人士共同探讨河南的城乡互助（csa）发展道路；7日中午，国仁超市为预约参加交流会的各位朋友精心准备了有机午餐，欢迎各界朋友和来访朋友一起进行相关发展经验的交流探讨！

亲爱的同仁：
中国残疾人联合会非常荣幸能邀请您来参加于2015年10月29—30日在北京举办的亚欧会议框架下残疾人合作暨全球辅助器具产业发展大会。
中国于2015年的亚欧首脑峰会上提出了将残疾人事务纳入亚欧会议框架的倡议。为落实该倡议，我们将在中国北京举行亚欧会议框架下残疾人合作主题活动，主题活动之一是举办全球辅助器具产业发展大会，其内容包括：参观残疾人辅助器具无障碍体验中心、参加会议开幕式、全球辅助器具产业发展高峰论坛以及全球辅助技术合作专家会议。
会议将邀请世界卫生组织、康复国际等国际组织领导、国外政府领导人、亚欧会议成员国政府主管残疾人事务官员、国际辅助器具领域著名企业家、专家、学者等参加。届时中国政府领导人及相关部门负责人将出席会议。
会议将围绕辅助器具产业政策、贸易与关税、研发与创新、市场需求、服务模式与规范、人才培养及产业联盟的作用等议题进行广泛研讨。
大会目标是搭建辅助器具产业合作平台，促进国际辅助器具产业合作与发展，使广大残疾人享受更好的辅助器具服务。

it gives me great pleasure to invite you to join us inglobal conference on assistive devices &technology industry: asem plusof the asem disability cooperation event,which will be held in beijing, china on 29 and 30 october 2015.
chinese premier li keqiang advocated the incorporation ofdisability issue into the asem cooperative framework during the asem summitmeeting in 2015. to further this initiative, we will hold the global conferenceon assistive devices & technology industry as part of the asem disabilitycooperation event. the conference will include a tour in assistive devices andaccessible experience center, the opening ceremony, the high ╟ level forum ondevelopment of industry of global assistive devices & technology and theconference on global assistive technology cooperation.
