1、邀请外国人来豫签证申请表；
2、邀请单位营业执照、对外贸易经营者备案登记表
3、被邀请单位商业登记证（受控国家提供）；
4、邀请单位从事经营等活动的文件（如进出口单据、银行结汇单、海关提单、完税证明、合同等）；(没有可不提交）
5、被邀请人护照及来华签证页复印件；
6、被邀请人从事行业、工作任职简历；（受控国家提供）
7、被邀请人访华日程；
8、保证书、承诺书；
9、其它所需资料：（近3个月银行水单，银行资信，无犯罪记录，尼日利亚需提供无埃博拉病毒健康证明3页）
备注：所有申请材料均需加盖邀请单位公章；申请表、保证书、
