　　陶行知先生曾对教师职业特征做过这样的分析：教育者应当知道教育是无名无利没有尊荣的事，纯系服务的机会，贡献的机会。而无丝毫名利尊荣可言。现代的教师为适应当前社会的迅速变化，面临许多挑战，如知识结构的更新，教学技术的改进，新型教学手段的尝试，日益难以应付的杂事……为应付这些变化，教师必须付出代价，而付出的代价往往无法获得可见的收益。正因为如此，教师更倾向于从社会地位上而非经济地位上来获得尊严，这也是教师与其他许多职业不同的地方，教师在很大程度上是将自己的精神世界作为职业资源的`，并不以实际的可被清点的收益来取胜。那么我们就更应该在工作中寻找快乐。首先、爱岗敬业是乐教勤业的动力源泉。

　　晚上好!我是孩子们的英语老师周老师，很荣幸能通过本次家长会与您一起交流我们的英语教学，看着在坐的家长朋友，绝大部分家长，我们还是第一次正式碰面，但是对于家长们的签名，我是再熟悉不过的了，我们每天的《家校联系本》基本上都有过每个家长的签名，在此，真诚地向家长朋友们说声谢谢，感谢您对我们这一门学科的支持与配合，借次机会我想和家长朋友们交流以下几方面的内容。

　　一、班级整体情况

　　在优秀班主任xxx的带领下，我们班比较优秀(进步较大)，上个学期期末我们英语学科是兰溪市统一测试的，我们取得了优异的成绩，但也有小部分学生明显落后与别人，主要表现在上课注意力不集中，不喜欢张口读书，动作偏慢，家庭作业没有按时上交或干脆不交等现象，久而久之，他的各种表现就落后了，不管是考试成绩，口语交流，还是书写。就不如其他学生。

　　二、英语学科的特点

　　本学期我们用的是PEP英语教材的升级版，它比原来的旧教版有了更高的要求，在学生听、说、读、写的基础上，强调语言的运用，注重能力的培养，培养学生自主学习的.能力和独立运用所学语言去做事的能力。但教学内容紧密联系小学生的生活和学习实际，选择话题充分考虑到小学生的需求，涉及学校、家庭、饮食、玩具、动物、颜色、数字等。本学期还增加了机器人(Robin)角色，更富有童趣。因此，英语学科的学习本身趣味性比较强，成绩好的同学会越学越有趣，小部分同学基础没打好，兴趣也就减弱了，毕竟学习的过程是从易到难的。低段简单的没学会，到高段难的知识点学起来就感觉累了。英语课程每个单元的课型也比较清晰的，每单元有AB两部分重点内容，每部分有三中课型;单词教学，对话教学和阅读教学;还有C部分，也就是故事教学是选学内容，我们一般不作课堂授课，作为有兴趣的同学自己自学内容。

　　三、如何在家监督孩子的英语学习

　　1。关注家庭作业

　　每周有三节英语课，这三天里我都会布置家庭作业，并且我对家庭作业有具体的要求：若当天是新授单词课，那晚上的作业肯定是默写单词;若是对话课，那晚上的作业肯定是默写重点句，对预习作业的要求是：听录音，若预习单词，要在家校联系本上抄写单词，我没有规定抄写几遍，目的是培养学生主动学习的习惯，而不是每天机械地完成老师布置的作业。若对话课或阅读课，要求翻译汉语的意思，写在家校联系本上。第二天由四人小组长检查，发现很多孩子是来学校补的，可见听力作业也不会完成。所以，从今天以后，家长可以根据这几个要求去关自己孩子完成作业的情况，当然这之前也有做得很好的家长，不但关注孩子的学习还天天在家校联系本上签名。虽然我没有强制性要求学生每天让家长签名，目的是杜绝孩子造假，高段了有的孩子很聪明，自己签个名，每天签名的家长我是记忆很深刻的，你的孩子也很优秀，我也很感谢您对英语学科的支持和关注。

　　2。关注单元测试测试卷签名。其实测试卷上家长签名，是一个外在的形式，我的目的是，让家长知道孩子一个阶段的学习成果，看孩子的试卷，不光看分数的高低，更要关注孩子错误的原因，是因为粗心，还是因为本身就不会。一次考试，不仅仅只是分数上的收获，更是一种学习方法上的收获。也是鼓励和鞭策孩子，让孩子有学习的成就感，每次测试后我都以不同的方式给予学生奖励，有，优秀奖，进步奖，鼓励奖。考虑到有的学生存在报喜不报忧的情况，每次试卷下发后，我都会以短信的方式，通知给家长。

　　四、几点希望

　　1。家长要转变观念，要把语文，数学，英语放在同等位置。经常可以听到家长的议论，小学英语没关系，初中会重学的，其实这是一种错误的观念。初中七年级是有三个模块式复习内容的，但后面的内容跨度还是很大的，明年的中考英语难度系数又增加了，取消了选择题的题型，9月2日高考制度出台，高三考试分为英语、语文、数学，各科总分是150分。所以养成良好的学习习惯要从小学开始，孩子的学习必须家校合作，因为时代在进步，再也不要和你那时自己的学习比较。希望家长再家多费点心，多关注自己孩子的英语学习情况。

　　2。多关注孩子的学习动态，别过早的放弃孩子对英语的学习，要意识到小学的知识相对来说是比较简单的，更多的是要让孩子有学英语的动力，多鼓励，不要一味的责骂，多和孩子交流，沟通。

　　3。让我们常联系，我一个人任教六个班的英语课，平时你的孩子出现什么问题我一般和班主任交流比较多，真的感到抱歉，所以家长朋友们您们若有什么问题，你可以写在家校联系本上，或打电话(------537934)，我会尽我所能帮助您的孩子。最后让我们共同努力，让孩子在英语学科上取得好成绩，养成好习惯，为今后的学习打下扎实的基础。我就聊这么多，有不当之处，望家长朋友们批评指正。我办公室就在隔壁，若有事我们也可以单独交流。

However, in my class, when I gave lessons to my students, filled with enthusiasm and passion, some of the students always looked so tired and sleepy. 　　由于上学期带过这个班两个多月的语文，这一班学生的学习情况我还是基本了解的，其实在座的家长对自己子女的情况比我更加清楚。学生们的英语都是开学时同一起跑线上起跑的，经过两个多月的学习，学生与学生之间已经拉开了差距。一些好的学生学习兴趣浓，学习劲头足，课堂上积极思维，踊跃发言，课后及时巩固，形成了良性循环的好势头。他们的学习习惯好，在听、说、读、写方面都能齐头并进，我为他们感到欣慰。可也有一些学生，平时学习马虎，作业质量差，还不努力，书面作业拖拉不交，口头作业根本不完成，如此一来，学习自然成了件头痛事，麻烦事。其实，大部分的学生还是处于中间层次，老师所教的，所布置的作业能够基本完成，但学习的效率又因人而异，存在着个体差别。

　　怎样帮助孩子学好英语呢？我们老师自然是最直接的知识传授者，有着不可推卸的责任。在此，我们只是真诚地呼吁我们的家长配合学校，配合老师，靠我们共同的努力来帮助孩子学好英语。用一句时髦的话说：我们要和孩子共同成长。
